James, co-owner and director of Radfield Home Care Stamford, Peterborough & Rutlands holds a wealth of experience in the healthcare sector as well as invaluable experience across other sectors.

After gaining a BA (Hons) in Politics from Reading University, James trained as an Army Officer at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, where he developed hands on leadership skills.  James subsequently held senior roles with several blue chip companies, including Boots and Kimberly-Clark, and holds high levels of experience in operational management, commercial management and new business development.

In the last 10 years James has held the position as a Regional Director for  Ramsay Health Care’s private hospital business. This has equipped him with a good understanding of the operational and regulatory environment in health and social care.
