Our residents and their families are at the very centre of everything we do.

The Heartlands Care Home team firmly believe in completely individualised care tailored to our residents and their personal needs. We adapt our care to each individual, getting to know them on a personal level so that we can accommodate their preferences and desires.

It’s our focus to create bespoke programmes that enable our care to be compassionate and dignified, regardless of who our residents are and what their needs involve.

The Importance Of Meal Times

We pay special attention to the quality and variety of all menus in our care homes, where residents make the choices. All meals are prepared daily onsite by our highly trained cooks and any individual needs, likes and dislikes are thoroughly catered for. Our care and nursing homes in Sheffield, London, Peterborough and other locations provide good, wholesome food and ensure that any special dietary requirements are easily taken care of. On top of all this, drinks and snacks are freely available 24 hours a day. If this all sounds too tempting, visitors are always welcome to stay for a meal.

Activities Are So Important

Our nursing homes have Wellbeing and Activities coordinators to encourage and facilitate residents to choose daily activities which have the simple objective to encourage social interaction and stimulation. These activities are designed as to improve the variety in residents' daily lives, introduce new skills and enable residents to discover new passions.

All of Country Court Care's homes have developed very strong ties with their local community. We always encourage local people to attend events at the homes, as well as encouraging residents to join in the fun.

We understand that providing exceptional care is about much more than a luxury environment and dedicated carers - it’s about quality of life. At Heartlands, we strive to create the best standard of living that we can by introducing meaningful events and activities for residents to enjoy. With a dedicated wellbeing and activities team onsite, we organise a range of different pastimes to enjoy within the home alongside trips into the local community for events in the area.

We support residents in pursuing their passions and regularly organise meetings to receive feedback from friends, family and the residents themselves surrounding how we can improve. During these sessions, we often take on suggestions about activities and consistently seek to implement these additions and cater to our residents' personal wishes.
