Mandy Sparkes is The Registered Manager at Bluebird Care (Croydon).
Mandy joined Bluebird Care Croydon in July 2011 and brings with her many years of experience working in Health and Social Care. Her previous roles include Quality Assurance Officer and Compliance Officer. Mandy holds a certificate in Auditing for Compliance and has been responsible for ensuring the safe legal delivery of Residential and Domiciliary Care Services. This has resulted in excellent knowledge of the Care Standards Regulations, policies and procedures.
Mandy is responsible for managing all office staff, recruiting care workers and providing training. Mandy holds an Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services. Also a certificate in risk assessment and is a Manual Handling and Medication trainer. Many years in customer service and complaint management has made Mandy passionate about delivering the highest quality service to make a significant difference to people’s lives.
