Heather Limb
Heather Limb
Deputy Manager

I came into social care while studying at university and caring for my grandmother who had vascular dementia.

I work alongside the Home Manager to ensure the home runs smoothly and all residents are happy. My responsibilities include auditing, monitoring the quality of the service, supporting the staff and liaising with health professionals to ensure our residents receive the best quality care and support.

I love getting to know residents and their life stories, building relationships with them and their family. My job role is always rewarding, with new challenges every day.

Wellbeing Lead

I have been at Jubilee for 14 years, starting as a Care Assistant and for the last 3 years as Wellbeing Lead and I love it.

The Residents know me well and that’s a great bonus for me, I see this opportunity as a way to contribute to their needs.

I feel part of a team, training is good and furthers my skills, and the conferences that I attend, I feel have furthered my skills which can be passed on to staff and residents.
