Aga Gierek-Tan is Home Manager at West Cliff Hall.
Aga joined Hartford Care in 2014 as Head of Care at Woodlands House. She then became West Cliff Hall's Manager before being appointed manager of Bethel House in 2017. Last year, following its acquisition by Hartford Care, she started as manager of Belford House.
She holds diplomas in health and social care, management and leadership and is also a dementia trainer, delivering training to staff to help them support residents with dementia.
Aga says: "I thoroughly enjoy working for Hartford Care and being able to emphasise the ethos of care, comfort and companionship. Above all else, I believe I am an extremely caring, and passionate person.
"I love to lead and inspire the team to ensure our residents live their life the way they wish. Our home has been beautifully restored to provide a modern, luxurious and spacious home comprising 59 en-suite bedrooms which are tastefully decorated and fully furnished. The home boasts several bright and spacious lounge areas, and an airy dining room overlooking the marina. There is also an activities room, a music room and a lifestyle kitchen to encourage residents to maintain their independence. |

As a part of your care arrangement, you will be supported with basic and physical activities of daily living to live as ordinary life as possible, suited to your abilities. West Cliff Hall is within easy reach of the New Forest with its numerous attractions such as the picturesque village of Beaulieu, home of the National Motor Museum, and Lymington where there is a regular ferry service to the Isle of Wight. Calshot and Lepe beaches, both commanding views across to the Isle of Wight, are a short drive away, as are the world-famous Exbury Gardens. We enjoy a host of regular visitors including representatives from local churches, a hairdresser and we also run a Memory Cafe to which we invite members of the local community.
