Em Galvin is Manager at Valentine House.

Em has managed Valentine House for a number of years. She is passionate about supporting people living with dementia and dedicated to ensuring her team of carers at the home share her passion and provided a safe and settled environment for everyone at the home.

Valentine House is an care home in Silver End, a small village in Essex, between Braintree and Witham. The home provides short-term, respite care and longer term support to older people, including support for those living with dementia.

Our rooms at Valentine House vary in size and shape due to the design and origin of the building. THe vast majority of rooms are large with ensuite facilities. Rooms are provided fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers, a 32 in freeview TV and residents are welcome to bring in items from their own home to create a homely, familiar, welcoming space.
