I'm proud to manage Trinity Fold and to introduce you to my team. Trinity Fold provides friendly and supportive surroundings to assist our residents continue to live active and fulfilled lives.

Set close to Halifax Town centre, our care home provides a warm, welcoming and supportive environment where residents are treated with dignity, kindness and respect. We offer friendly residential care, with tailored support available for older people living with dementia and for those whose needs may change over time.
Every resident is supported by a dedicated care team who take the time to understand their individual needs, routines and preferences. Personalised care plans are developed in partnership with residents and their families, ensuring reassurance, continuity and peace of mind.
Mealtimes are an important part of daily life in our home. Our Chef Manager and team prepare freshly cooked, nutritious meals on site each day, with menus shaped by resident feedback and individual dietary needs. Special diets, cultural preferences and personal favourites are always catered for, and mealtimes are relaxed, social occasions enjoyed together.
Life here is about more than care. Residents are encouraged to stay active, independent and connected through a varied programme of activities and events. From gentle exercise, music and arts sessions to quizzes, gardening and local outings, there are opportunities for everyone to take part in ways that suit them. We also welcome family and friends to join in and remain closely involved in daily life at the home.
Trinity Fold offers comfortable communal spaces and quiet areas where residents can relax, socialise or spend time with visitors. With a strong focus on community, wellbeing and meaningful relationships, we aim to create a place that truly feels like home — where residents are supported to live well every day.
