Deborah Savva is Manager at Spring Lodge.
Debbie has managed the home for nearly 3 years.
In December 2025, she was awarded the Outstanding Leadership award at the Essex County Council Prospers Awards, recognising the amazing talent in the county's social care sector.
The judges said that her hands-on approach, commitment to the residents and their families and focus on providing a caring, loving home with leadership, unwavering dedication and compassion made her a standout winner in the category.
Spring Lodge is a care home in the popular seaside destination of Clacton-on-Sea providing care for up to 20 elderly residents. Spring Lodge has the atmosphere of a warm and welcoming home, surrounded by an established and well maintained garden for our residents enjoyment.
The home is located within a quiet residential area making it a peaceful place to live. Despite it’s residential location, the home is only minutes away from local amenities including a post office, off license, newsagents, public houses, bakery, cinema and theatre and a number of high street shops, doctors surgeries and churches. This home is ideal for those looking for assisted living in Clacton on Sea.
