Olive Paul is Registered Manager at SD Care Agency.

Hailing from the tiny city-state of Singapore, Olive co-founded SD Care in 2012 after completing her Masters in Healthcare Management at the University of Surrey. As part of her postgraduate training, she worked at the Eashing Ward for the Elderly at the Royal Surrey Hospital NHS Trust in Guildford, Surrey. Her work with vulnerable adults began soon after she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Curtin University in Perth, Australia. In all, she has accumulated more than 3 decades of experience in social care and nursing in 3 countries – Singapore, Australia, and the United Kingdom. She brings diversity and different cultural perspectives to the work she does. Olive communicates in several languages including Mandarin which she speaks fluently.

Charles AJ is our “joie de vivre” Pain Relief Therapist. He started to train as an Acupuncturist after working in the care industry. Many of his charges suffered from chronic and incurable pain. He experienced first hand the sad and devastating impact of opioids and surgery as the default treatments. He decided there had to be a better way and has never looked back. With missionary zeal, Charles promotes Acupuncture and other alternative treatments like Ayurveda, Compression Therapy and Photobiomodulation for pain relief and management.

Dana M is a key member of our incredible domiciliary care team. The 22-year old Guildfordian has come a long way since joining the company as a teenager some 3 years ago. Georgiana is our Office Manager, the majordomo – the cornerstone of the organisation. An opera lover, she conjures the image of Diana Damrau playing the Queen of the Night in Mozart’s “The Magic Flute”. Trained in the law, she has oversight of just about everything and everyone. Focused on discipline and efficiency, she is the “go to” person in the organisation. A well-grounded, sensible individual who also has a kind heart and caring disposition.

Dr Khalid M is an Osteopath, Acupuncturist, Sports Medicine Expert and the list goes on. He is truly a man for all seasons. Having dedicated his life to the study and practice of pain relief and management, Dr Khalid is an invaluable member of our clinical homecare team, offering state-of-art as well as traditional pain relief and management and reablement services. He is a great advocate of “meaningful healing” which he describes as; “A journey that takes clients from diagnostics to the restoration of functionality and ultimately, the achievement of harmony of mind and body to freely enjoy life.” An ardent cricketer, he is a qualified MCC coach and indulges in this gentleman’s game in his spare time.
