Meet The Manager

Jamie Lennon is General Manager at Rush Court.

Following an early career as a Royal Marine, I retrained to become a registered nurse in the British Army.

I have a clinical background in acute medicine and battlefield pre-hospital care, having commanded a Medical Reception Station during my final appointment with an Armoured Medical Regiment. I later specialised in education and spent some time as practice development lead for a private hospital, before a period as clinical matron for elective and emergency surgery in the NHS.

I have a passion for developing high performing teams, and ensuring delivery of exceptional care though empowerment and collaboration between care providers and service users.

I arrived at Rush Court as General Manager in June '21, and was pleased to find a well established team delivering exceptional care to our residents. I very much look forward to continuing to support and develop the team as they strive to deliver and improve on our already high standards.

Rush Court is an elegant, Queen Anne style house standing in its own grounds amidst the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside just outside Wallingford and offers a home from home for discerning guests who appreciate the comfort, quality and exceptional care that we offer.
