Teresa Wilson
Home Manager

Welcome to Lower Meadow. I’m Teresa Wilson, an experienced manager with over 20 years experience in the care sector. I started out my career in 1994 as a support worker working with adults with learning disabilities, and I progressed into a Deputy Manager role, and in 2002 I became an Area Manager. I care deeply about what I do and how residents are supported and cared for in our home. I value my staff and listen to their views and ideas on how we can offer the best quality care for the residents who live in our home.
