I have worked in care for most of my working life, you could say that I was born into it, my family, and funnily enough my partner's family, also all work in healthcare – destiny maybe

I find working in care really fulfilling and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else, each day I leave work feeling satisfied that I have done all I can to make someone else’s day that little bit better.
