Our Building and Facilities

We strive to create a homely environment at Lancaster Court, and we provide all the comforts of good food, good company and friendly staff, in a calm and restful atmosphere. The home has excellent amenities, including comfortable lounges in which residents can relax. In addition, we have a dedicated area for dementia care, designed to enable those we care for to maintain their independence in a safe environment.

We now have a themed tea room at Lancaster Court, designed to enable residents, families and friends to meet in a relaxing, old fashioned tea room environment, and enjoy a day out experience without leaving the home.

Welcome to Lancaster Court, a purpose-built care home. Lancaster Court has been designed to accommodate individuals living with Dementia, Frailty and physical disabilities for both residential and nursing care requirements.

My name is Ann Hill, and I have been the home manager since it's opening in 2009. The home has truly developed its own unique personality, including the residents, staff and pets, making the home a warm and stimulating environment to live in. Please feel free to visit and get a feel of the pleasant atmosphere the home has to offer.

The Importance Of Meal Times

Mealtimes are, to many, the highlight of the day and all of our meals are made of fresh produce, prepared by our own chefs and catering teams. We undertake to provide a nutritious and balanced diet around your preferences; we like our residents to have a say in what they eat as they did at home.
