Ghyll Royd is a purpose-built home which has been designed to the highest specifications. Great care has been taken to provide a homely, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. Ghyll Royd pride themselves on putting residents needs first, whilst striving to create the best environment possible to enable our highly trained staff to care for resident’s needs. Moving into a care home can feel like a big change and our aim has always been to support all residents and their families to make this transition as comfortable as possible. Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms and make it feel like a home from home.

The Home has four communities – Maple, Rowan, Yew and Beech. In these communities, we can accommodate 61 residents in general nursing beds and a dedicated community for residents living with Dementia, accommodating a further 15 residents. Each area is designed to create a safe and positive environment for our residents. |
