Lina joined George Potter House in August 2025, bringing with her management experience in high-level care homes and over 20 years working with the NHS. This proven background gives her a strong foundation in both clinical excellence and compassionate leadership.
Lina is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and creating a positive, supportive environment for residents and staff alike. Her integrity sees her leading by example, inspiring her team to grow, take pride in their work, and make a real difference to the individuals they care for.
Lina's focus at George Potter House is on continuous improvement, fostering a culture of openness, respect, and teamwork to ensure the home remains a safe, happy, and thriving community.

Creating a familiar environment can be particularly reassuring and helps residents maintain a strong sense of identity and comfort. Rooms are equipped with modern profiling beds designed to promote restful sleep and provide support for residents with mobility or medical needs. Bathing and showering facilities throughout the home are designed to ensure comfort, dignity and ease during daily routines. For added peace of mind, nurse call systems are installed in every bedroom and throughout the communal areas. This ensures that assistance from a member of the care team is always available, day or night. |
