Meet The Manager

Mitch is Managing Director at European Nursing Agency Limited.

My career began in retail where I spent 6 years developing to senior management level. I recently embarked in undertaking my MBA at Alliance Manchester Business School and have previously studied with the Chartered Management Institute. My role at the company ensures I lead our team to provide our clients with a personalised care experience. I love to travel – meeting new people, exploring new cultures and countries; swimming with a pod of dolphins in the crystal blue Mauritian ocean was a personal favourite. In my spare time, you’ll find me training at my local running club, Ware Joggers and was proud to of ran and completed the London Marathon this year.


Founded in Hertfordshire by Clare and Claudio. The ENA Care Group simply began to help a family friend return home to her husband from hospital. ENA began as a family run live in care provider and as we have grown, we have never lost sight of our family ethos.

Recruitment Manager

My name is Catherine & I joined ENA Care Group as Recruitment Manager in April 2020. My career began in retail many years ago, where I worked my way up to management level before deciding it was time for a career change. I love working with people, being part of a motivated team, and building relationships with those around me. For me, the recruitment process is hugely important to ensure everyone feels welcome & supported throughout their journey from candidate to carer, and I’m excited to play my part in that. In my spare time, I love cooking & entertaining with my husband, I’m often referred to as the hostess in my group of friends and love nothing more than gathering everyone together in our house for a fun games night.

Registered Manager and Founder - Registered Nurse

Co-founder and owner of the ENA Care Group. I am an active director overseeing the service delivered to clients and carers and overseeing the homecare team. I am back since 23rd March 2012, after taking a ridiculously long maternity break. I jump at any opportunity to get back into uniform and brush up on my nurse skills. My role in the company is all about the service we deliver to both our clients and carers. I have a dream to become the best home care provider in the UK and I spend most of my time troubleshooting and searching for ways to improve. Director and Founder (FRSA, DMS, MBA)

I moved to the UK from Chile in 1985 and I enjoy every aspect of the UK lifestyle. Becoming an English citizen several years ago, I obtained a Diploma and also a Masters degree in Business from a local University here in the UK. I am a keen volleyball player and a water-ski enthusiast. I love my big family, some of them work close with us in our family business.

Marketing Manager

I have done short-term care work for the ENA Care Group since 2011 and became a member of the office staff in 2012. Mostly, one of the things I really enjoy about working within ENA is the opportunity to work closely with its clients and carers forming new ways of improving the company’s communications for them. I have met some fascinating and inspirational individuals who drive me to improve within my role.

Recruitment Officer

I started my journey with ENA as a Live in carer and the company has really had my back ever since! I continued to work my way up with an on-call position which allowed me to care for many individuals and showcase my problem solving skills. I now work in the HR department which helps me find the best carers to join the team! I love the atmosphere of our office and getting to work with such amazing people.

Overseas Recruiter

I have been working with the ENA Care Group for over 2 years now. My work experience mostly comes from working with people in the community. What I enjoy most about working in HR is coming into contact with those that really want to give up time to care for those wanting to get the most out of life. Assisting in Marketing also allows me to get to know more about our carers.

Payroll Administrator

My career background is mostly in finance in which I have had various roles including running my own company. I joined the ENA Care Group in December 2012 and became part of the finance team. As part of my role I am in contact with a lot of the care assistants with their payroll queries and like to think I have a good relationship with them. My earliest contact with care was in my youth. My nan came to live with us when she had dementia and my mum cared for her, it was hard work but it made us aware of the care and dedication that it takes to care for others.

Case Manager - Registered Nurse

I am Katie and I joined with the ENA care group in March 2020. I have been working in healthcare since 2009 and have been a Registered Nurse since 2014. My background in nursing is in Acute Medicine and Neurological Rehab. I have loved all my roles in healthcare and am excited to get out and meet new people and develop new working relationships. I am based in Bristol and cover the West of England including Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and beyond!
In my spare time, I love to take advantage of all the city of Bristol has to offer; I love to travel, mostly because of all the opportunities to try new foods! My family and friends are very important to me and I love nothing more than getting together and spending quality time with them.

HR Adviser

I have worked in HR for the ENA Care Group for many years and I’m very fortunate that I love the job that I do. Each week is unique as I deal with such a variety of people. I get a lot of satisfaction from seeing someone going from ‘Applicant’ to ‘Trainee’ and then on to being a Care Assistant. I really enjoy supporting our care assistants on this journey and keeping in touch with them when they are in work. It is important to me that we get to know our trainees very much as an individual before placing them in a job that is right, both for them and for their client.


I was introduced to the idea of live-in care from the age of 7 when my mum brought a family friend into our home to care for after she had had a bad fall. I would help by feeding her in the mornings. Growing up with my parents it has been 2nd nature to look after others including my 6 younger siblings.My professional career in care started in 2009 when I was the first carer for Elisa Nursing Domiciliary Care. I then went on to help out in the Recruitment team at the ENA Care Group on a part time basis. I have been a permanent part of the team since April 2012 and love being able to meet potential new carers and get to know new people.

I joined ENA in February 2017 My career in care started many years ago working as a domiciliary care worker when my children were younger. Over the years I have worked hard to develop myself and fully understand the needs of both our clients and our carers. My experience includes managing domiciliary agencies, recruitment of staff to supply the NHS and managing a 63 bed residential home. I believe that no matter where we are in our life journey, we have a right to quality care when we need it. My aim is to enhance your experience and promote your independence, putting you back in control of your care requirements.
