I have recently joined Walfinch as the Registered Manager bringing over 23 years of experience in the care industry. I am a kind, passionate and approachable individual with a hands on approach with the care team to achieve the best level of care. I am also the training manager and all staff are trained in house at St Albans.
Seeing the joy on others faces gives me a sense of achievement knowing I have made a difference to someone’s life. I will always go that extra mile and share my experiences to support my staff team to progress in their careers.
