Meet The Manager

Ghizlane Tadili is Manager at Walfinch Reading and Wokingham.

I run my service around a family including two school-age daughters, aided by Care Manager Jo Clifton and the care team. My business background helps me run an efficient and customer-focussed service, and as a mum, I understand what sensitive, personalised care involves.

I have a degree in marketing and communications and experience as a sales manager from my native Morocco, plus a degree in business management earned in the UK. Time working in a Starbucks coffee shop, where I rose from the counter to supervisor and then manager, gave me great customer service skills that I use today.

After I had my children I wanted a business of my own, which I could run around my family. I chose to get into homecare with Walfinch because it means combining service to my local community, with my business and marketing skills.
