Meet The Manager

Jamie is Operations Manager at The Haining Nursing Home.

I am the Operations Manager for ION Care and Support Services Limited. I am also the Registered Manager for community-based support services.I have worked in the health and social care sector for a number of years, with a wealth of experience in both the private and public sector.

At ION Care and Support, we are driven to deliver industry leading & enabling care and support which is personalised and flexible. We focus on developing staff teams who deliver person-centred services to meet individuals’ specific needs. We strive to deliver outstanding care across all services; with experienced and compassionate staff to ensure continuity of service and service satisfaction.

Having worked within both private and public sector, I feel I have found an organisation that shares same ethos and values which are important to me.If you wish to discuss any of our services, please feel free to get in touch!

The Haining Care Home is a beautiful Georgian mansion house, boasting a secluded idyllic setting in acres of private woodland. A wealth of historical period features such as ornate windows, cornicing and ceiling roses have been retained and restored in the home. The convenience of the 21st Century is also offered with technology such as iPad, WiFi, Sonos and a real time online care recording system.

Adapted bathrooms, with accessible baths and tracking hoists allow our residents to enjoy comforting baths in a relaxed, dignified manner regardless of their mobility.
