Debbie Allison is Registered Manager at SureCare Brentwood, Billericay and Grays.
I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share some information about me, as well as my experience and passion for providing person-centred care. Firstly, let me start by telling you a little about my personal life. I am happily married and proud to be a parent to two wonderful children. Additionally, I am fortunate enough to have a delightful grandson who brings immense joy to our family. These personal connections have taught me the value of compassion, empathy, and understanding, which I bring to my professional life as well. Professionally, I have been working in the care industry for over 30 years. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege to support and assist individuals in need, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. It has been incredibly fulfilling to witness the positive impact that person-centred care can have on someone's life, and I am passionate about continuing to provide this level of care and support to those who need it.
