Meet The Manager
Wendy Chambers is Registered Manager at Right at Home Bromsgrove.
Wendy Chambers has been involved in the care sector for over 40 years. She initially started out caring for her mum and it was this that led her into the care sector. She trained as a nurse and from there has gained experience in various care settings including residential, secure units and homecare. She is also a highly Registered Manager and trainer within the Right at Home group
She is passionate about supporting people with dignity and respect, striving always to listen and improve Clients’ wellbeing by respecting their wishes and being committed to supporting our CareGivers so that they can, in turn deliver the highest quality care.
We are a local homecare provider delivering personal care and support for you or your loved one.
Our Clients receive their care the way they want, at a time when they want to have it delivered. They are involved in all decision-making, including agreement of their personalised care plan. We know that emotional and moral support for our Clients and their family can be just as important as our specialist care knowledge, so it is ingrained in the support we provide and we always keep in close contact with concerned family and friends. We also understand that good day-to-day communication is vital to give families and loved ones peace of mind, which is why all daily records and communication sheets are kept accessible in the Clients’ home and any concerns can be easily addressed through a call to the office.
