Meet The Manager
Magdalene Dakoba is Manager at Rajoma Care & Recruitment UK.
The Service Manager has 22years of experience working in Health and Social Care settings. She started her care profession as a Care Assistant and developed her practice up to the level of senior management. She is a graduate and has completed level 5 certificate in Health and Social Care Management. She also hold a level 3 Award in Education and Training and A1 Assessor Certificate in Health and Social Care. She is the CQC Registered Manager for Rajoma Care.
Having gone through our own first-hand experience of caring for an individual within the home environment, we realise the importance of finding someone with the compassion and skill levels to care for a loved one.
We want to change the approach to the care system in the UK by putting people first. We want to give families the comfort of knowing that they will receive the best care available to them.
Trained, compassionate skilled carers are central to our core values, and we recognise them and reward them for their work ethic. We all know first-hand that personal and reliable care is invaluable.
We want as many people as possible to be able to choose to stay in their own homes for as long as they possibly can, and we want all families to enjoy those special memorable moments safe in the knowledge their loved ones are in capable caring hands.
