Oaktree Court is a retirement housing development in a city which aims to become the greenest in the world. There are 37 apartments and 14 bungalows with one or two bedrooms where Owners live independently. The proportions of the rooms are spacious. Staffing levels are notably generous and include 24 hour cover.

A midday home-cooked meal is available every day of the year in the dining room, (at cost).

A communal lounge can be used for a variety of social events or simply meeting up with friends.

Directly outside our front doors are walks along tree lined lanes leading to lakes, yet we are minutes from useful facilities including bus services, a doctors surgery, a pharmacy and a substantial Sainsburys local store.

Oaktree Court is a small community with a family feel where there is a familiar and friendly face at hand, 24 hours a day and Owners can maintain their independence in a safe and secure environment.

There is a team of duty manages on rotation providing 24-hour support and giving you peace of mind that someone you know is always on hand.

A team of house-keeping assistants provides one and a half hours of domestic help each week to the Owners of every apartment as well as keeping the communal areas clean and tidy.

Each RS development has been carefully considered tp provide the very best of comfort and practicality; with features discreetly designed to meet your requirements and make a real difference to daily living.

Owning an apartment at one of our courts means that you have a share in the owners’ company so you maintain control of where you live. RS’ unique model gives you a real voice in the management of your court a board of directors elected by you and your fellow owners, controls budgets and staffing on your behalf so you can be sure that your surroundings are beautifully maintained and your capital is protected.

Your new home will be one of the 51 one or two-bedroom apartments and bungalows that comprise the court. The whole site at Oaktree Court is wheelchair-accessible and its general light and open atmosphere makes it a joy to navigate for everyone.

In addition to your private apartment or bungalow are a number of communal spaces. One of the most popular is the cosy lounge with doors that open into the dining room where a daily meal of up to three-courses is served at cost. The lounge is bright and perfect for catching up with friends over coffee. owners are encouraged to put forward their own ideas for activities and social events and are supported by our staff team to put them into practice.

The court is set within beautifully landscaped grounds with courtyards and green spaces, as well as pretty gardens in which to stroll or sit and take it easy. The variety of shrubs, flowers and planters make the outside space an especially beautiful place to spend time in the summer months.
