Meet The Manager
Esther Cambridge is General Manager at Flowers Manor Care Home.
Esther moved from Ireland when she was 18 years old and has been working in the care industry for the last 17 years. She started as a care assistant and progressed to General Manager.
Esther has been a registered Manager since the age of 28 and has managed many care homes providing residential and dementia care. “I’m very passionate about what I do and always try my best to deliver an excellent service to all who live and work with me”
Flowers Manor is located in the centre of Chippenham, offering you the opportunity to walk into the centre and have a coffee, or stroll by the river. Or sit in our Sky Bar overlooking Chippenham whilst sipping a gin & tonic.

As well as fully personalised care plans, we build our daily activity programme to suit your needs and make sure that you can count on three beautifully prepared meal times, with a choice of options at every meal.
