Meet The Manager

Lissy Verghese is The Home Manager at Coniston Court.

Welcome to our beautiful Edwardian Country House in the middle of Ashdown Forest close to Uckfield, East Sussex.

We pride ourselves on having a warm, welcoming and homely environment, with beautiful safe outside spaces. We support individuals with a high standard of care, including 24-hour nursing care. This enables the people we support to live their lives with dignity.

After gaining my nursing qualifications in India, I moved to Wales and began my career in care as a nurse. I moved to Coniston Court 10 year ago, achieving my level 5 in Health & Social Care Management along the way. Following a short space in time as a nurse at the home, I progressed to the position of deputy manager then finally to home manager in 2014.
