The communal spaces at Carrs Court are comfortable, elegant, and spacious. None more so than the lounge, which is probably the most popular place to catch up with other Owners over a coffee. Available at cost in the dining room is a daily three-course meal - ideal for when cooking doesn't appeal! Other spaces include a conservatory and a hobbies room. There's also a monthly social programme to get involved with.

We aim to be transparent about our charges. A monthly service charge covers the costs of the services we provide and includes one and a half hours of domestic assistance per week. A transfer premium of up to 3% of the sales price is payable to us when a property is sold. This covers the costs of our estate agency services – there is no additional charge for these. We do not charge ground rents. Further information is available from the resales team and the Court Manager.
