Paolo Trinidad is Home Manager at Woodland Manor Care Home.

Chalfont St Peter is a vibrant, friendly village with a strong local identity and lively community. Woodland Manor enjoys an enviable residential setting in two acres of landscaped woodland garden, only minutes from the centre of the village. Woodland Manor is also a short distance away from Chalfont St Giles, Beaconsfield and Gerrards Cross.

Opened in 2016, Woodland Manor provides 24 hour residential, nursing, dementia and respite care for the elderly in an elegant and spacious home incorporating numerous thoughtful and practical features which ensure Woodland Manor is able to meet the changing needs of its residents.

Our expertly trained and professional staff are dedicated to the care, comfort and dignity of all our residents, with special emphasis given to promoting independence, privacy, respect and wellbeing.

All residents benefit from living in a caring environment with generously appointed private bedrooms with en suite wetrooms, and plentiful communal living areas including sitting rooms, restaurants, a café, cinema, hairdressing salon, leisure and wellness room and private dining room for special family occasions.

In keeping with our unique and award winning leisure and wellness philosophy, our residents also benefit from our private and secure landscaped gardens for peaceful relaxation, gardening and if the weather permits, gentle exercising.
