Charlie Lebatt is General Manager at Hallmark Anisha Grange.
I am honoured to be a part of the team as General Manager at Anisha Grange. I have worked in the care sector for over ten years. I qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 2013 and spent the first 6 years of my nursing career working in Accident and Emergency before making the decision to transition into working within care homes.
I have a passion for Palliative care and caring for those living with a Dementia and supporting residents to lead an active and meaningful life.
Our aim is to deliver relationship-centred care in a nurturing and engaging environment so all our residents can live happy and fulfilling lives.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my cockapoo Rosie and my horses.

Autumna has invited care providers to evidence the infection control measures they are carrying out, above and beyond those laid out by the government, in order to keep residents, staff and visitors safe.
What we're doing to keep residents & visitors safe | ||
---|---|---|
The health, safety and well-being of residents, visitors and team members is paramount, and we can assure you that your priorities regarding safety, care, cleanliness, and enjoyment are ours too. We take this responsibility very seriously and as such, we have implemented robust infection control measures in line with Government and Public Health England and Public Health Wales advice to ensure the safety of everyone who lives and works within our homes. These measures include: Wearing PPE, Regular testing and temperature checking, Social distancing, Enhanced cleaning, COVID-19 training We are pleased to report that NHS healthcare professionals are now vaccinating residents and team members at all of our homes. We are keeping residents and relatives updated with our progress. The Covid-19 vaccination rollout programme is being driven by the local health boards in Wales and by GPs in England. Timings vary from area to area, dependent on when NHS healthcare professionals receive a supply of vaccines and how many doses they receive in each delivery. However, we are in regular contact with the health boards and our local GP surgeries for updates and are working closely with them to ensure everyone has the opportunity to be vaccinated safely and as soon as possible. With two doses of the vaccine being needed for immunisation to be fully effective, we do not expect to make changes to the measures in place at our homes until after the second dose has been delivered. |

Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications |
---|
Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant. Our facilities allow residents to continue enjoying the everyday routines they cherish, such as having their weekly hair and nail appointment at the luxurious ‘His & Hers’ hair salon or catching up with friends over fresh coffee and homemade cakes in the vibrant café, which includes an airy conservatory area. Residents can also enjoy their favourite film in the dedicated state-of-the-art cinema, have a family get together in the celebrations room or unwind with a relaxing massage in the home’s luxurious therapy room. The care home, as with others in the Hallmark Care Homes group, is also known for its award-winning landscaped gardens. Residents are invited to take part in looking after the garden and preparing it for the well-known ‘Hallmark in Bloom’ competition, where we pit each of our care home gardens against one another to see who has the best garden in the whole Hallmark family! |
