Meet The Manager

Nithin Mathew is Home Manager at The Boynes Care Centre.

I have been working with the Future Care Group for the last 5 years. I started off in the group as a staff nurse at the Boynes Care Centre where I was able to spend quality time with the service users and learn the values of the company.

Later on, as Deputy Manager where I enjoyed learning from the challenges of working together with a highly talented team who provided meaningful, quality care to the service users in the home.

Recently I took the post of the Home Manager and I am looking forward to working with the team to provide the best care possible to our residents. I am passionate about working with our residents and learning more about them as well as creating person-centred care plans which cater to our residents’ individuality.

When I am away from work, I love spending time with my family, listening to music, watching movies and playing badminton.
