Wendy Clifton is Manager at Pelsall Hall.

Hello, my name is Wendy Clifton and I am Home Manager at Pelsall Hall.

My aims are to provide whole-person care by addressing the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our residents. As a home we aim to provide the highest quality of care in a secure, happy and homely environment. The care, comfort and well – being of the residents is of paramount importance to me and my team.

Pelsall Hall Care Home in Pelsall, Walsall, is one of the friendliest and most welcoming care homes in the whole country.  In a part of the world famous for its hospitality, friendliness and generosity, Pelsall Hall still stands out. 

It is rated “Good” in all respects by the CQC, but that is only half the story.  So if you are looking for a care home where you feel like you are part of a loving and supportive family then you simply have to visit us and see what makes us so different.

The home is managed by Greensleeves Care a not-for-profit organisation and one of the best and most respected care charities in the country.

Recently renovated, the home’s bespoke design features high-quality and comfortable surroundings, bright attractive communal areas and lovely gardens, while at the same time having a uniquely friendly feel.

There is a comfortable lounge and a dining room that overlooks the garden. There is also a bistro area and a family room which has a computer with internet access for residents and visitors. There are also regular visits by a hairdresser and chiropodist.

Description

There are a total of 41 single rooms, nearly all of which have en-suite facilities. Although each room is fully furnished to a high standard, residents are encouraged to bring in personal items such as pictures, ornaments and small items of furniture. The rooms are also equipped with a call bell system and TV point.
