Meet The Manager

Beverley White is Home Care Registered Manager at Agincare UK Surrey.

"I have worked in the care sector for more than 20 years and have now been with Agincare for three years. I came in as the deputy manager and I have now progressed to Registered Manager. No two days are the same, I really enjoy the challenges that comes with the job and going out and meeting the service users and their families. I think person-centred care is the most important part of care planning. Our service users need to feel reassured that they are receiving the care specific to their needs and wishes.

In the office I am supported by our Care Coordinator Wendy Champion, Field Care Supervisors Leanne Jackson and Danielle Miller, Recruitment Officer Jo Lynch and Admin Candice Shillitoe."
