Meet The Manager

Lisa Floyd is Registered Manager at Alcedo Care Blackpool.

My name is Lisa Floyd, I am the Registered manager for Alcedo care.

I have over 10 years’ experience in the health and social care setting, and I have worked in a variety of roles throughout my career ranging from a healthcare assistant to a registered manager.

I have attended university and completed my foundation degree and bachelor’s degree in Health & Social Care.

My roles as a manager is to enable and monitor compliance with the fundamental Standards across regulated activities and sharing legal responsibilities in relation to that position with the provider.

I strive to go above and beyond to ensure a proficient service is delivered and while working here at Alcedo Care my priority is ensure we are delivering outstanding care to all clients as this will enhance the quality of lives.

I'm proud to be part of Alcedo team.
