Glebelands care home with nursing in Wokingham is a very impressive care facility that delivers exceptional Nursing Care and Residential Care to the older people of Wokingham, Reading, Camberley, Bracknell and East Berkshire.

Although only a short walk from the centre of Wokingham, Glebelands feels like it is part of a historic estate set in the heart of the countryside. The home benefits from magnificent landscaped gardens, a stunning summer house and a relaxing conservatory.  It is also surrounded by thick woodlands which really sets it apart from all other care homes.

The home is managed by Greensleeves Care a not-for-profit organisation and one of the best and most respected care charities in the country.

Our Building and Facilities

Inside the care home is equally as impressive with exceptional features that include a fantastic cinema and an extremely popular hair salon. The care home also benefits from a well-stocked library and a cosy lounge that immediately relaxes and calms anybody that takes a seat. The 41 en-suite bedrooms are all different and offer a real choice to the residents. Some are cosy and comforting while others are really spacious.  A few of the rooms are even big enough for couples to continue living together. They all have two things in common – large and attractive wet rooms and stunning views of the impressive gardens.

The team at Glebelands are loving and caring and have been specially chosen because of these qualities and for their desire to deliver the best possible care. They always focus on supporting the residents to remain as independent as possible never forgetting they are all individuals with a wealth of life experience and knowledge of the world.
