Meet The Manager

Ian Cole is General Manager at Hallmark Willingdon Park Manor.

I am incredibly proud to be the General Manager for Hallmark Care Homes’ amazing new home, Willingdon Park Manor.

I have worked in adult social care for fifteen years, during which time I achieved an Outstanding rating for an Acquired Brain Injuries home in Eastbourne. I have been at Hallmark Care Homes for nine years, where my most recent role was General Manager at our Brighton care home, Maycroft Manor.

Willingdon Park Manor is a beautiful 80-bed care home in Eastbourne, which is being built with the latest award-winning design innovations that Hallmark Care Homes has been recognised for. The team and I are so proud to be part of this amazing project and cannot wait to show everyone this amazing home.

Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
