Meet The Manager

Jacqui Pompeus is Home Manager at Cavell Park Care Home.

Jacqui joins us here at Cavell Park with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the care industry. After beginning her career in London Jacqui went on to work as a lead nurse for 12 years and has since been a registered manager in a care home environment for 18 years. Passionate about the care of our residents, Jacqui’s own mother lives in a care home so, in her own words, she knows ‘how important it is to get even the smallest details right to ensure that the people we love receive the care that they deserve’.

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
