Meet The Manager

Dinesh Francis is Home Manager at Cooperscroft Care Home, Potters Bar.

I have completed my bachelor’s degree in nursing in India in 2008 and worked as a Pediatric nurse from 2008-2010. In 2010 I came to the UK and started my masters in advanced nursing whilst studying I worked as a unit lead in a care home. In 2011 I was promoted as a Care Coordinator and then in 2014, I was again promoted to deputy manager.

In 2022 I was then promoted to Home Manager. I am extremely passionate about care and looking after our elderly residents so getting the opportunity to support and guide Cooperscroft on their journey to outstanding is a privilege
