A Carer Matched to Your

The Seniors Helping Seniors services are award-winning and person-centred. Described as perfect primary care, our focus is keeping people well and inspired and able to live safely in their own homes.  Our services are not regulated simply because they are out of scope for the CQC.

We won most recommended care group by customers three years running.

We know all of our carers well and we carefully match your carer to you. The same person, or small team will provide your care and you will be introduced personally before service starts. Your care is managed flexibly for your complete peace of mind and we will always be available with solutions for back up and emergencies.

Care Co-Ordinator

I have deep respect for people.

My great grandad was POW and my grandparents looked after him until he died when I was 18 years old. I lived with them all in Lewisham and I appreciate the value of supportive family.

I had my son in Herne Bay in 1993. At 10 months, he developed uncontrolled seizures and needed my constant care. A correct diagnosis six years ago means my son is now supported and I’ve pursued my education and the work I love.

A professional carer for four years, the ethos of Seniors Helping Seniors represents all I hold dear. I qualified for my Care manager NVQ 5 last year and I absolutely love what I do.

I'm using organisation and crisis management skills and the amazing team who go above and beyond for all our clients. I tell it like it is and fight like mad for the people in my care.  Seniors Helping Seniors is an amazing company.

Eileen Connell

Client's remain confident, optimistic and happy whatever is thrown at them.  Eileen is an outstanding advocate and memory keeper for her clients and she is respected throughout the community.

Carers enjoy working in Eileen's team because she has deep knowledge, a very positive outlook and she is very supportive.

Her local knowledge helps her with perfect outings for her clients.

Eileen is mum and grandma and she has long and great friendships.

Activities Are So Important

In the days before COVID-19 we took clients to swimming, yoga and specialist chair based yoga classes, and we walked as often as we could with clients. We  went to events, museums, coffee shops and more. Now we help our clients shield and so we maintain as many activities as possible within the guidelines and where necessary we support our clients to attend classes and activities on Zoom.

We are not yoga teachers but by accompanying our clients online as fellow students following instructions, the teacher feels confident in safety and the client is more likely to keep up the activities.

We can help clients get online to connect with family and friends too - encouragement is everything!
