My name is Dee and I have worked within the adult social care sector for approximately 19 years and have managed services which have provided care and support to older people living within sheltered schemes, Nursing and Residential homes, domiciliary settings, respite support for young Adults and live-in care.
I have developed Dementia care training plans and delivered bespoke training for Home care staff via induction training, I have delivered training programs through Memory care pathways for a large Nursing and Residential chain.
I believe in empowering others and giving them the tools they need in order for them to do their jobs to the best of their ability whilst enabling and encouraging staff progression.
I have a passion for supporting others and ensuring that their experience with care services is the best in order to make a positive difference in the lives of those who use our services.
Elstree Home Care was established in 2019, and is a family run company, when we say ‘Family’ we incorporate our ‘Team’ as being just that family. Our Team has worked within the care industry collectively for 33 years and we pride ourselves in wanting to deliver the ‘Best Care possible for those who need it’.

The Importance Of Meal Times |

Maintaining good nutrition and hydration is extremely important. Carers can prepare all types of meals for our clients. This may be simply heating a ready meal and cooking some vegetables to accompany it or cooking a full meal depending on the visit time available and the client's wishes. |
