Here at Care More, our desire to provide the very best service for our customers is at the heart of what we do. We select our staff very carefully by undergoing a rigorous recruitment and training process that ensures our carers have the same passion and dedication that we, and our customers, have come to expect.

We provide regular quality assurance checks by talking with you directly about your satisfaction, altering our care programme and making improvements where necessary. You may also be asked about your care directly by an inspector from the statutory body that regulates some of the services we offer. They are responsible for making sure certain services, such as homecare, meets lawful requirements and fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Senior Field Care Supervisor

I have been with care more for 17 months now and love every part of my job. I was a Carer to start off with then got promoted in July to Field Care Supervisor. I am loving being a supervisor where I get to see my customers at least every month, even on a weekly basis when they are poorly or just need that extra help when it comes to needing equipment or extra support. I personally feel I get on well with my customer's families and carers when doing spot checks or when they just need someone to talk to. I wouldn’t change anything. Proud to be part of Care More.

I used to be a catering manager in a school for 5 years before I started caring for 2 afternoons a week. After a while I started doing more days as I was enjoying it so much.

I worked as a carer for a year and a half and was offered the Field Care Supervisor position which I was really happy about.

I am loving my job ,I get on well with my customers, the other Field Care Supervisors as well as all the carers.

I love going out on field to see my customers just to chat with them to make sure they are happy . I get a lot of satisfaction at helping the customers.

I am loving my time at Care More.

Veronica
Veronica
Field Care Supervisor

I started working as a carer 17 years ago in Italy, where I studied in this regard and then after I moved back to Romania and I continued my studies and did this job there as well. Coming to England, I resumed not only the job but also my studies as well. To start with I worked in a care home for 6 months and then I went out in the field. At the last company where I worked, I was promoted after 6 months to a Field Care Supervisor and I also finished my NVQ Level 2, and I will continue to complete my Level 3 over the rest of the year.

I love my job, even though sometimes it seems hard and I always try my hardest to deliver a good service.

I do my best to thank my customers and give them the necessary attention and I would like that when I reach their age to find a carer like me to take care of me with the same dedication that I have shown them.

Norman
Norman
Field Care Supervisor

I have worked in the social care industry for over 15 years mainly with learning disabilities, complexed needs and brain injury. In the latter part of my career I have worked with the elderly in supportive roles as well as supervisory roles within the community and care homes.

Working with people is very rewarding and always requires a well organised and supportive team.

The one thing I already admire since joining Care More is the welcoming approach to a new member of the team. The welcome I have received has not just been from my peers but from management as well as the Director which has been extremely refreshing to experience.

I hope to remain a positive member of a very pleasant team.
