Nicki is Manager at Care More.

I have been working for Care More since 2017 in Compliance and Management. Care More has got great carers, Field Care Supervisors and office staff, and we are always willing and happy to go the extra mile for our customers. I love coming to work and seeing our carers. As a qualified trainer, I get a lot of satisfaction from meeting new carers and watching them learn new skills and grow in confidence. We work as a team, and take care of our staff and customers with passion and dedication.

Here at Care More, our desire to provide the very best service for our customers is at the heart of what we do. We select our staff very carefully by undergoing a rigorous recruitment and training process that ensures our carers have the same passion and dedication that we, and our customers, have come to expect.

We provide regular quality assurance checks by talking with you directly about your satisfaction, altering our care programme and making improvements where necessary. You may also be asked about your care directly by an inspector from the statutory body that regulates some of the services we offer. They are responsible for making sure certain services, such as homecare, meets lawful requirements and fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Compliance Officer

I have worked in domiciliary care for just over 10 years and joined Care More in 2017.

Within Care More I have worked in coordinating and recruitment and am currently enjoying the role of compliance officer.

I get to be out in the field visiting our customers and fantastic carers, I also get to be in the office working with our great team, I can honestly say that it really is a great team. We all work so hard yet keep a very happy positive attitude, could not ask for better people to work with.

We aim high and achieve great standards for our customer's care and staff support, Care More really is a great company to be part of.

Care Co-Ordinator

I have been working in the care industry for over 10 years and Care More is the best company I have worked for . We have wonderful and committed carers that rarely let me down and go to the extra mile to help our customers . I love working with my colleagues because we are a very strong team working to a high level of professionalism and we now have reached a great reputation in our field. I am very proud and happy to be part of Care More.

I have been working in the healthcare sector for over 6 years and have gained a vast knowledge within the care industry.

My journey started as a care worker and today I am care co-ordinator which is what I love to do.

Working at Care More is a really exciting and fun place to work, there’s a real sense of family and support for one another. Care More values are ones that I hold close to my heart, helping and supporting those in need and making real difference to people's lives.

Recruitment Manager

In my career I’ve worked across various different industries and sectors including the police, education and now care. I love working for Care More. The culture, professionalism and modern approach we take as a company towards both our clients and staff is inspiring. Recruiting in such a valuable and worthwhile industry is a rewarding and enriching experience both personally and professionally for me. As an individual who believes in solid and streamlined practices that are easy to understand and flow efficiently, I honestly couldn’t advocate for a better company to work for than Care More Ltd in the healthcare sector.

Recruitment Manager

In my career as a sales professional, I have worked across various different industries and sectors. My experience consists of both aspects of management and recruitment, and consistently implementing strategies to improve process and cohesion.

Upon starting my journey with Care More I quickly became aware of how modern, diverse and forward thinking the company is. There is a real sense of support, care and structure within the organisation. As a process driven individual, I really love this approach and truly believe we work towards the highest standards in the healthcare sector.

My role here is to find the best carers and likeminded individuals who hold the same core value as we do. This is to both deliver an excellent customer experience and progress their careers in an enriching working environment.

Field Care Supervisor

I have worked in domiciliary for over 10 years, starting off as a carer and joined the company in 2016.

I began on the agency side working in care homes then transferred to domiciliary after 6 months. I really loved my job as a carer and then got promoted to a supervisor position. I have gained my N V Q 2 whilst being with the company and have been in most of the videos promoting the company which used real carers and customers, not actors.

I love my job and look forward to coming into work each day.

The office staff are really approachable to the carers and we go and check on all our carers and customers every month.

All in all it’s like one big family.

Field Care Supervisor

I have been working for Care More For a year and a half now.

I enjoy my work as a Field Care Supervisor. The Work can be challenging, and at times extremely stressful, but personally, I prefer it to be busy rather than quiet.

Even though all my colleagues have very different personalities, I feel I get on with every one of them and love working with them. We are a very good, close knit company and when we work as a team, we always achieve our aims for the good of our customers, staff and the company.

Field Care Supervisor

I have been with care more for 17 months now and love every part of my job. I was a Carer to start off with then got promoted in July to Field Care Supervisor. I am loving being a supervisor where I get to see my customers at least every month, even on a weekly basis when they are poorly or just need that extra help when it comes to needing equipment or extra support. I personally feel I get on well with my customer's families and carers when doing spot checks or when they just need someone to talk to. I wouldn’t change anything. Proud to be part of Care More.

Field Care Supervisor

I used to be a catering manager in a school for 5 years before I started caring for 2 afternoons a week. After a while I started doing more days as I was enjoying it so much.

I worked as a carer for a year and a half and was offered the Field Care Supervisor position which I was really happy about.

I am loving my job ,I get on well with my customers, the other Field Care Supervisors as well as all the carers.

I love going out on field to see my customers just to chat with them to make sure they are happy . I get a lot of satisfaction at helping the customers.

I am loving my time at Care More.

Field Care Supervisor

I moved to England in 2013 and worked as senior carer worker. I gained my NVQ Level3 certification and was promoted to a Field Care Supervisor in 2018.

I have always loved to care for people, love to see them happy and content.

I have found that in Care More, my colleagues are really passionate, enthusiastic and supportive and I am really happy to be part of the team.
