Subin Puthan Veettil is The Home Manager at Camberley Manor.

I have always been a caring person and I wanted to use this in my work life. Having completed a Bachelor's in Nursing, India in 2007 and a PGD Nursing Management West London College in 2010. I started my career in the UK as a Senior Health Care Assistant while doing my studies. I then went on to work in various roles as Unit Manager, Care Services Manager and Regional Care Support Manager for TLC Care. I had an interest in knowing more about the public health sector and In 2020 I completed my Masters in Public Health from BEDS University. I am extremely passionate about care and looking after our elderly residents so getting the opportunity to support and guide Camberley Manor on their journey to outstanding is a privilege.

I joined Camberley Manor in December 2021 as the Care Services Manager. I started my training as a nurse back in 2009 when I was just 19. I moved to Bournemouth where I completed my training and qualified in 2012. My career has been an uphill success and in 2017 I completed my NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management which helped me progress further in to my management roles over the years.I have always had a passion for elderly care. I love the family feel here at TLC as they give me the ongoing support to deliver person centred care for all our residents. My aim is to ensure that our residents are always surrounded by the teams caring nature so that they feel secure in their own home.

I started in healthcare when i was 19 years old, working in hospital settings for over 10 years in Business Development . I have decided to work at Camberley Manor so i can really bridge any gaps between the community and the home, working with schools, churches, community groups etc.

My passion is relationship management and i really enjoy meeting new people, understanding how to help others and seeing people happy. I work extremely closely with all teams, care, wellbeing, catering and hotel services.

Whilst i am not clinical, i strive to work for a business that aspires for "Outstanding" and that is exactly what i like to provide all residents and their families - an outstanding service
