Meet The Manager

Skye Williams is General Manager at Salisbury Manor.

I studied Adult Nursing at Bournemouth University and joined Salisbury Manor as a registered nurse before progressing to become Home Manager.

There’s plenty that keeps me busy in my role. I love supporting the residents and listening to their stories, doing admin, liaising with the team and ensuring they have everything they need to deliver the best care. I’m very proud of the team here at Salisbury Manor. Each colleague works with compassion and love for the residents.

Mealtimes are the best times of the day here at our Salisbury care home. Residents are socialising and enjoying the delicious food served by our talented catering team. It’s lovely to see the smiles and interactions between residents and the team at these times.

My husband is in the army, so, outside of work, family time is very precious as he’s often away on duties. I also enjoy reading and getting lost in a book.
