Why did you decide to work at Manorcourt Homecare

I worked for Manorcourt previously and the knowledge of the company’s quality appealed to me.

What role did you carry out before you came to Manorcourt Homecare

I was a Manager for another provider.

What do you think a person needs to do to be good in your role?

I should be approachable and willing to listen, to aid development of staff where needed. I should have knowledge of my service users and their needs. I should have knowledge of my current market and business needs as this will enable growth for my branch.

Jeni Cawkill

Manorcourt Care in Swaffham is a complete care service organisation. Our homecare service is operated from offices at the Ecotech Business Park.

Areas covered by this branch are Swaffham, Dereham, Fakenham, Downham Market, Aylsham, Sheringham and surrounding villages covering both East and North Norfolk.

Great pride is taken in delivering a high quality comprehensive service to vulnerable adults within the community.

Whether you require assistance on a regular or temporary basis, our flexible range of services means that we can provide as little or as much support as is needed, for as long as required.

Our care initiative lets individuals select the care they need, at the times they want and on the days that suit them. This can include anything from a temporary service, for example to enable individuals to return home from hospital to recuperate in their own surroundings with the support of professional carers, to arranging 30 minute ‘pop-in’ calls for comfort breaks, medication support or safety checks, through to more intensive 24-hour or live-in care.

Please follow this link to view our independent care brochure.

  • Medication prompt or administration (use of a MAR chart)
